We've all got Stretch Marks in some place or other on the body. You know that unsightly scarring where the skin stretched during puberty, pregnancy, that time you ate too much over the holidays and gained weight. Exercising regularly is a good way to keep your skin and muscles firm thus preventing stretch marks, and eating foods rich in protein, Vitamin E, and Vitamin C will help promote healthy skin.
